Using the latest VGA InGaAs detector technology, 640×512 high resolution / 320×256 resolution, 15um cell spacing, in the 0.9um ~ 1.7um band with extremely high sensitivity. The movement has a very low dark current and a high dynamic range, and the precise TEC temperature control further reduces the readout noise. The whole machine has compact structure, stable performance, small size, low power consumption, and strong environmental adaptability.
