Canadian ZephIR 1.7um infrared camera
ZephIR 1.7 is a high-end, scientific-grade, 640*512 pixel resolution InGaAs camera that combines performance with reliability. It has low noise levels, high efficiency and fast e-tail rates compatible with external triggers. This is achieved through a combination of state-of-the-art control electronics and a four-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC) that can maintain operating temperatures as low as -80°C. TEC in turn uses forced air cooling, eliminating the need to maintain water or liquid nitrogen cooling units. The ZephIR1.7 is one of the most sensitive and reliable InGaAs cameras on the market.
